Shopkins Birthday Party

Friday, August 19, 2016

I'm so excited to share our Shopkins Party with you! I designed these Shopkins printables collection for my niece Sydney.... she has LOVED Shopkins from the very beginning.

I was flying into town the day before we were having the party so I knew I wanted to keep this party simple and do able with the timing I had.

I knew I wanted to create a large poster for the backdrop and some fun balloons!

I created Donut Sprinkle Balloons for our Shopkin party. Everyone loved these.

We created a party hat for every guest. Yellow/ Pink for the girls and the red/ blue for the boys.
Our Shopkin party hats were easy to make and I was able to make them ahead of time!

For the treats we made pink cupcakes topped with Candyfetti sprinkles and Shopkin baskets.

For our favors we had small bags filled with some goodies and toys. They were just partially filled as we had a piƱata and wanted each kid to have their own bag to fill with the goodies from that as well.

Our 3.5" circle favor toppers can also be placed onto of a bag for a traditional favor topper.

Everyones favorite treat was our white chocolate covered popcorn.
It's easy to make and tastes fantastic!

The Shopkins popcorn box is included in our Shopkins printable set.

A favorite were these Shopkin baskets filled with Sydney's favorite candy and Shopkins like Oreos, Tootsie rolls and starbursts

For drinks we had bottles of water

We created this custom tissue garland. Over 80 colors to select from in our shop!

Super Mario Bros Birthday Party

Friday, July 22, 2016

I'm so excited to share our Super Mario Bros party printables and party ideas! I loved playing this game when I was younger, even though I wasn't the greatest at it! So for all you gamers out there you'll love this party!

To recreate the perfect feeling I knew there were things that had to be included.... One were the blocks that you could hit to gain coins and jump up on. These were very easy to create. In our Super Mario printable pack you get these 3 block options to make any combination of these blocks.

To create simple glue the our printable block facade to 6" favor boxes and string some fishing wire from the ceiling to hold them up.... you can see the fishing wire in the front of the first block if you look close.....

For the table I cut out green tissue leaves for the front facade with green table cloth and brown fabric for underneath.

The next were the green tubes with a Piranha Plant. I created them by glass vase at the bottom with a round piece of styrofoam on top. Simply wrap green wrapping paper around each item and on the top and you have the green tubes! I cut a chunk out of the styrofoam ball and painted it red with white polka dots. For the stem I wrapped a dowel that I stuck into the styrofoam ball with tissue paper and cut 2 leafs..... just had some teeth and it done!

To finish the look I added stars, coins and clouds to make you feel like you were in the game.

Now for the treats we made for our Super Mario party.... these were easy and fast to make!

Mini Piranha Plant in green tubes. We just painted ceramic vases filled with taffy taffy and our easy printable.
Mystery block favors to fill with sweet treats and surprises!

Sucker Bombs, yoshi sugar cookie eggs & Bowser fire balls.

To drink we had blue soda pops

I made the cake look like the finial scene in games, where Mario and Luigi have to fight and win bowser to save the princess!

Instagram Emoji Adult/ Teen Birthday Party

Friday, October 2, 2015

This might have to be my favorite party yet! Our Instagram Emoji printable collection is perfect for an adult or Teen/Tween birthday party. We have so many fun ideas to share with you. You can purchase the printables here!

Confetti filled balloon false ceiling! This made the party. It just created an instant party!

We hung emoji faces coming down from the confetti false balloon ceiling.

We have custom confetti here so you can choose the exact colors you want for this party or any future confetti party needs!

Our cupcakes were one of the show stoppers..... especially the poop chocolate cupcakes. These babies were the first to go and everyones favorite. I wasn't sure if people would dig them or be repulsed by them.  They LOVED them.

The poop emoji cupcakes were so easy to make too! Just make normal chocolate cupcakes. Pipe using just a large circle tip and place candy eyes on them. So easy and the kids can help and have so much fun doing it.

There are 12 different cupcake toppers- emoji faces and custom hashtags. You can choose up to 3 hashtags for your cupcakes or just 1 on all 3 designs.

Fill your favor toppers with your favorite candies and treats. Brooks love sour watermelons and swedish fish! I have to agree... I love her candy choices too.  My favorite topper is #howoldareyou with the teeth emoji
